An old cabin in the edge of the forest is showing signs of wear and of nature gradually taking over and covering it up. What was the purpose of this old cabin? Why was it left to sit alone and slowly fade away?
The little cabin is located in the popular Red River Gorge Geological Area in Kentucky. The cabin may have been available for vacationers at one time. As time goes by, things change and now it is left to sit all alone.
Imagine how it would be to spend a few quiet nights in the little cabin. Sitting on the porch listening to the sounds of the forest. Sleeping with the windows open and feeling a cool breeze as summer turns to autumn.
Maybe someday, someone will realize that the cabin still has value and restore it to once again be used to bring joy to those who stay there.
